This event, in association with Tealium, will take place in London on 20th April 2017. Building on last year’s first-to-market insights and fully-subscribed series of events, attendees will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of consumer concerns and how prepared they are for the GDPR compared to the broader marketplace. The event will show the results of exclusive research about the impact of GDPR on organisations and your customers.

Questions to be discussed at the event include:

  • How does a business capture the data trails thrown off by consumer behaviour and understand their “intention casting”?
  • Is yielding this insight what the consumer intends?
  • And how do you onboard clickstream with known customer data effectively?

With a focus on consumer insights, find out about how consumers have recognised how they are being tracked online and their reactions. This event gives an opportunity to understand consumer concerns while planning to implement the new GDPR requirements before May 2018. This is particularly relevant given the requirement of explicit consent from data subjects for how their data will be used by companies.
