The 11th Annual IICE Summit (Information Management, Investigations, Compliance, eDiscovery, formally Information Governance & eDiscovery) will be taking place in London on the 23rd and 24th of May 2017. World decision makers meet to share the best practices, strategies and initiatives to maximise risk mitigation, develop innovative strategies and achieve cost efficiency. Given the GDPR will be implemented next year, 2017 is the most important time to ensure the best technology and compliance practices are in place.

This event will be reviewing the GDPR and e-Privacy compliance requirements and how to meet them through case studies, discussions and presentations. Topics will include accountability in the context of EU Privacy Law, international Data Protection developments, the importance of preparation, reducing investigation costs, data breaches through mobile data, the Privacy Shield, predictive coding, data storage, cybersecurity, anti-money laundering and cross-border factors. It will also cover Human Resources, training and the importance of communicating compliance across the organisation.

The IICE Summit gives attendees the opportunity to review the GDPR requirements with a broad view covering many aspects that need to be considered to be fully compliant. It will provide real examples through case studies and guidance from industry experts, as well as the opportunity to network.
